Return and Refund
We accept returns within 14 days following the receipt of your delivery.
Returned items must be unworn and sent back inside their original packaging, tags included. If a returned item is found damaged, stained and the tag or packaging has been removed it will be returned to the customer or they may be issued with a reduced refund.
To return an item, please mention the reason for returning the item and what you would like in exchange. When choosing a shipper, we recommend purchasing tracking or recording, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Please note, perfumes are not returnable once opened from the box and becomes unsealed. Loose perfume oils are not returnable.
Customers must keep track of their own parcel to ensure it reaches us. We will not refund any items which get lost in the post without a tracking number. Goods are returned to us at your own expense. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 21 days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund or exchange has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International customers are advised that we will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning items. A full refund of the cost of the items is entirely conditional based on goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
Refunds will be authorised only after a thorough inspection of the items by our Returns department. International Returns International customers need to ensure they declare their goods as returns. When the goods are not declared as returns there is a fee charged at Perfume Heaven's expense which will then be deducted from the refund amount.
